It’s Time To Get Your Christmas On . . .

We have ten more days to get our Merry Christmas on! Where does the time go, I wonder?

Anyway, allow me to recap my last few months. My first and only post went out in August. I apologize for my neglect. My second humorous rabbit mystery was due on December 3rd and I hadn’t finished it, so I plunked my butt in the chair at my computer desk and worked consistently on that project.

In between, I made a trip to Florida to the Novelist’s Inc. conference in St. Pete. What a week that was! I returned to Rhode Island excited by the information and inspiration gleaned from Damon Suede, Mark Dawson, Damon Courtney, the Draft2Digital crew, and many others. I was exhilarated and exhausted, but it was worth every second of the time I took to be there. When I caught a break between speakers and meals, I wrote to stay on track to finish the book.

Ears to the Ground, went to the publisher on the due date. That’s when I took the time to get my Merry Christmas on! Creating surprises for peeps I teach art to, and the close friends that I always hand make special gifts for, I have leaned toward armchair shopping for family and utilized the internet as my go-to place for gifts. Whew! How are you handling this season?

This time of year is enjoyable for me (though autumn is my favorite). There’s something quite special about the hustle and bustle of Christmas, attending church bazaars, lunching with friends, and especially celebrating the birth of Jesus. I am grateful for so much in my life, and having you all as friends is part of that gratefulness.

I have the first rabbit mystery (Left Fur Dead) book cover and find it adorable, thank you Kensington Publishing. The book is available for preorder. It will be released in late June next year, so if you place your order now it will seem like Christmas in June when the book automatically arrives. Pretty neat, huh?

I’ve added the links below where you can find Left Fur Dead. I must say the rabbit, BUN, is quite a character!

That said, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope you’ve taken the Time To Get Your Christmas On!!

Best regards,
